What is Demetracoin?
Demetracoin is the first project based on blockade technology, which is designed to change the city.

At the first stage Demetracoin will buy unused land in urban areas to create "green islands." Then in these areas will be planted groves. Free Wi-Fi will be installed in the green areas so that the city's residents can work outdoors while enjoying communicating with nature.

Demetracoin is a token created within the framework of the Ethereum block-platform. Our goal is to introduce a wide range of users to this new technology thanks to the capabilities and user-friendly interface of the Ethereum platform.

Use of funds:

The first land will be acquired in Italy near Bergamo, one of the Italian economic capitals. On this land, we will create an innovative environmentally friendly park. During the expansion phase of the Demetra network, the areas of future parks will be addressed by the community of the project.

This innovative quarter will be built with five cardinal principles: the creation of a linear park, about a kilometer long; designing common spaces accessible to all, in which laboratories and gardens will be present to enhance socialization; a principle based on the development of open sources, where buildings can be changed and their purpose changed on the wishes of those who live there; typological scheme, inspired by landscapes of every international city; the application of an innovative, autonomous and environmental principle of internal mobility to enhance viability and make a development model for every city in the world.


Inside the park will be used a certain area for work or cooperation, the exchange of ideas, as well as the completion of projects, all outdoors. There will also be a solar farm inside the park, which will generate enough energy to charge devices such as laptops, tablets and smartphones. In the immediate vicinity of the work area, vending machines will be available, from which you can make purchases with demetracoin.

In the central part of the park will be planted a lot of fruit trees, peach trees, apple trees, pears, figs, grenades, all for free, we will also install a well with water. At the entrance we will build an information center and a small store, so you can buy gadgets.

The park will organize events and conferences related to the blockade.

Thanks to the skills of our team and the impressive economic system, we will be able to implement this project, relying on a network of employees: design studios, engineers, architects, horticultural companies, computer studios.
